Quick peak at the Schlumberger Well Services dining room. We are lucky enough to have the best camp on the slope as far as contract companies go. This is in Prudhoe Bay Alaska.
After shoveling a few hours after a blizzard we were able to lift the hood of our Coiled Tubing Unit at Alpine about 90 miles from Prudhoe bay and this is what we found.
What a difference a day makes. If you look at the previous video Titled drivers side walk around you can see how fast the weather changes here in Prudhoe Bay Alaska. Wind picked up and snow is starting to cover areas of our rig up. Videos can't show you how cold that wind-chill is though. It feels like it blows right through you.
Had a pinhole in one of our work reels so I had to spool off the bad Coil so we could spool on some new. We spool our own Coil up here unlike most Districts and this is our Yard spooler. The best thing about it is the kick ass stereo! Lol
A quick 360 view of the outside of the work camp at Alpine. We had just finally dug out our Unit and were getting ready to drive the Ice road back to our Camp in Prudhoe bay.
